Conducting seminars, workshops to groups of employees in different restaurants. For example: I was in charge of the staff training (We Can One, Two and Three) aimed at preventing discrimination. This was a court order after the company was sued for discrimination related to outlets in the south

Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions

Attended many training programs and seminars which included a thirteen weeks manager training on 20 modules which was purchased from McDonald's and converted to Denny's
