Position: General Training Manager

Moving up the ladder really fast to reach a district leader and  I requested to go back as a General training Manager.

​

Increasing profit in many outlets, received highest score in RER (Restaurant evaluation report) in the region of eighty restaurants 96.7% 

​

  • Training newly hired managers that are hired in the region of forty restaurants

  • Conducting seminars, workshops to groups of employees in different restaurants. For example: I was in charge of the staff training (We Can One, Two and Three) aimed at preventing discrimination. This was a court order after the company was sued for discrimination related to outlets in the south

  • Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions

  • Monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness, success and reporting to the regional training manager

  • Conducting managers evaluations to identify areas of improvement

  • Monitoring managers performance and their response to training

Denny’s in these days invested heavily in training their management team:

Attended many training programs and seminars which included a thirteen weeks manager training on 20 modules which was purchased from McDonald's and converted to Denny's

​
